Shipping & Delivery Information
First Class Shipping
There is a flat $25 shipping charge. Shipping fees cover the cost of package handling and the courier service used. Certain products (e.g., HGH) may require special shipping methods and an additional $50 shipping fee will be applied in checkout when applicable.
Domestic Orders
The products in this category are shipped domestically and, therefore, slightly more expensive. The cost is associated with additional security precautions and risk prevention. Once tracking is provided, it may remain inactive for a few days. Do not be alarmed! During this time, risk prevention is logistically planned to ensure delivery is made. Once the tracking becomes active, delivery should occur within 3-4 business day.
International Orders
Delivery of international packages will occur within 1-2 weeks. There are two sets of customs for internationally shipped orders: the origin country (from the shipper) and the destination country (to you). The customs processing time is not linear, rarely consistent, nor predictable. For this reason, we require 30 full days of transit time before we rule out delivery. If no delivery occurs by then, we can review your case and discuss potential options to resolve the matter.
FAQ
How to Boost Testosterone
To boost testosterone, focus on healthy habits. Exercise regularly, especially strength training. Eat a balanced diet with protein, healthy fats, and vegetables. Sleep 7–9 hours each night. Reduce stress and avoid too much alcohol.
You can boost testosterone naturally by:
- Lifting weights
- Getting enough sleep
- Eating foods like eggs, fish, nuts, and leafy greens
- Spending time in sunlight (for vitamin D)
- Managing stress levels
These lifestyle changes can make a big difference over time.
To increase testosterone:
- Exercise (especially resistance training)
- Maintain a healthy weight
- Eat enough calories and nutrients
- Avoid smoking and excess alcohol
If levels are very low, a doctor may recommend treatment.
Most over-the-counter testosterone boosters have limited scientific proof. Some vitamins like zinc and vitamin D may help if you are deficient, but many supplements do not significantly raise testosterone levels.
Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) can cost between $30 to $150 per month for basic treatment. With doctor visits and lab tests, total costs may go up to $1,000 or more per year.
A normal TRT dose is usually between 75 mg to 200 mg per week. The exact dose depends on your body and doctor’s advice.
To get TRT:
- Visit a doctor
- Take a blood test to check testosterone levels
- If levels are low, the doctor may prescribe TRT
Never start TRT without medical supervision.
TRT uses testosterone, which is technically an anabolic steroid. However, TRT is used in controlled medical doses, not like illegal steroid abuse.
Testosterone levels usually peak 24 to 48 hours after an injection. After that, levels slowly decrease until the next dose.
TRT costs vary but are usually between $30 and $150 monthly for medication alone. Full treatment including doctor care may cost more.
Normal testosterone levels in men range from about 300 to 1,000 ng/dL in the blood. This varies by age and health.
Yes, testosterone can lead to hair loss in some men. It converts into DHT, a hormone linked to male pattern baldness.
You can increase testosterone by:
- Exercising regularly
- Sleeping well
- Eating healthy foods
- Reducing stress
These are the safest and most effective methods.
Some insurance plans cover TRT if it is medically necessary. Coverage depends on your provider and proof of low testosterone levels.
TRT may speed up hair loss if you are genetically prone to baldness. Not everyone experiences this side effect.
